Many bollywood celebs attended the late Krishna Raj Kapoor Last Rites here in mumbai. Celebs like Alia Bhatt, Rani Mukherjee, Kajol, Manyata Dutt, Aishwarya Rai etc spotted visiting the kapoor family and pay their last respect to her.
Krishna Raj Kapoor who’s real name is Krishna Malhotra married Raj Kapoor in May 1946 while her sister Uma is married to the actor Prem Chopra. Raj and Krishna Kapoor had 3 sons and 2 daughter. Their sons are Randhir, Rishi and Rajiv Kapoor and two daughters are Ritu Nanda and Rima Jain. Randhir is married to former actress Babita and is the father of Karishma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor. Rishi is married to former actress Neetu Singh and is the father of Riddhima and Ranbir Kapoor.
Raj Kapoor‘s elder daughter Ritu Nanda is the wife of industrialist Rajan Nanda and she has two children. Her son Nikhil Nanda is married to Shweta bachchan daughter of Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan. While Raj Kapoor’s younger daughter Rima Jain is the wife of investment banker Manoj Jain and mother of aspiring actor Armaan Jain.
Raj Kapoor had a longtime romantic relationship with the renowned actress Nargis during the 1940s and 1950s despite being a married man. Nargis ended their relationship after she fell in love with Sunil Dutt on the set of Mother India and married him. Kapoor is said to had an affair with actress Vyjayantimala during the shooting of Sangam and he has also been linked with Padmini. In 2017 his son Rishi Kapoor confirmed his father’s affairs in his autobiography called Khullam Khulla.
